Production employee
As a production employee, will you help on building the future of the Netherlands? The company makes high quality prefab concrete elements which are used in housing, industry and utility construction. Roof constructions, beams, walls, stairs are made according to customer specifications, both in small and larger numbers.
Wat ga je doen?
- You are responsible for ensuring that the concrete is poured correctly into the moulds.
- You work with automatic mixing installations which are accurately controlled.
- The addition of the correct amount of water, type of cement, etc. ensures that the colours are consistent with the correct hardening time.
- You work with a construction drawing with all the working instructions.
What does the process look like?
After removing the moulds from the boxes, you clean and prepare them by applying reinforcement and pouring. After filling, you finish off the element and apply pouring provisions on the pouring side.

Diplomas are important, but this company values more practical workmanship, collegiality, independence and reliability.
You are able to perform physical work and you speak NL or good English. You are a go-getter and like to see results in your work.
It is an advantage if you have a background in construction or have worked in a similar production company.
