Supervisor
You will be working at a medium-sized farm of various types of mushrooms. From the farm the products find their way to customers at home and abroad. Because of the growth of the company, there is an immediate vacancy for an entrepreneurial and energetic supervisor for the packaging department.
Wat ga je doen?
As a supervisor you are co-responsible for the total production, consisting of repacking and packaging activities. You work together with the production manager to achieve the KPI`s and organizational goals. You are the one responsible for:
- Managing 20 repacking and packaging employees (mainly Polish speaking employees)
- Together with the (assistant) production manager responsible for the introduction of new employees and check that they perform optimally after their training period.
- Responsible for the quality of the final product.
- Controlling the machines in the packaging hall.
- Checking labels and making receipts.
- Managing stock control and registration in the system.
- Making staff planning and checking hours.

- You have a good knowledge of the Polish language, verbally and in writing
- Experience in the food industry is a big plus
- You have a forklift certificate (or are willing to get one) this is a big plus
